Kang Jinhuai Plaster Research Institute is the only research institute that studies traditional black plasters in Yuzhou, Henan Province. Institute Director Kang Jinhuai, associate senior doctor of TCM, was born in a traditional Chinese medicine family and graduated from Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1970. He once was a member of Yuzhou Standing Committee of CPPCC and the director of TCM Department of Yuzhou Free Medical Hospital. After retirement in 2005, he opened Kang Jinhuai TCM Clinique.
